One day, when you get to know me better, I may explain why there are six photographs of a Spitfire and Bf-109 at the bottom of this page.

April is around the corner

It's hard to believe that is almost April.  A week and a half to go.

Today was lovely and warm, the first true taste of spring.  Shame frost is forecast for tonight, and it is to get colder this weekend; not much better than February really.

Do you like the latest two photos?  There are several more of the fox.  Thankfully, I have a Samsung camera with a 15X optical zoom.  Even still, the photo has a bit of digital zoom on it. The poor fox was too pixelated at full digital zoom.

I will think long and hard about buying a Panasonic FZ45, as the Samsung keeps being appropriated by my daughter.  However, the Canon SX30 IS looks tempting with its 35X optical zoom.  Unfortunately, some sample shots I've seen do not seem as good as the Panasonic. I've looked at some super zoom Fuji's, but my current camera is a Fuji S9600, and I am slightly disappointed by the quality of the photos.  They are somewhat variable.

The rust and weathering blog takes further shape, and has gone public.  Generating a bit of interest, and reasonable amount of hits. Will need to work on it this weekend, and maybe take the plunge and post some blogs, and allow comments.  Hmmmm, we'll see.

I really should pull my finger out and submit FRAN to some further agents, and see if I hit the 'one' on the same wave length as me.  Just keep thinking, 'Alice Newton, Alice Newton.'
